Privacy principles for the main platform and assessment network

TestOnline is structured as a network of focused assessment paths. This page explains the privacy expectations that apply at the platform level.

What data the network may use

Some assessments store a user’s latest result in local browser storage so the result can be reopened without creating an account. This is a product convenience feature rather than a hidden tracking method.

Main-site analytics and performance tooling may collect aggregate usage, traffic, and device-level performance information to improve content quality, technical reliability, and navigation structure.

Where payment flows exist on subdomains, payment processing is handled by external providers such as Stripe. The main domain does not claim to store raw card details.

What users should not submit

Do not submit medical records or sensitive clinical history through support channels unless explicitly requested for a lawful reason.
Do not use free-text support or contact messages to share highly sensitive personal details that are not necessary to resolve the issue.
Do not treat browser-stored results as permanent records or official evaluations.

Network-level privacy commitments

Use the minimum data needed for product delivery, analytics, support, and fraud-prevention purposes.
Keep result access and payment status logic tied to the relevant assessment experience rather than collecting unnecessary profile data centrally.
Separate informational content from checkout and unlock flows so users understand when a third-party provider is involved.
